The process of application for our international students is as follows: 
 
1. Fill out the Application Form  and email it or post it to us one month earlier than the date on which you will attend the course in our hospital. 
 
2. It will take one or two days for us to check your application information after the application is received, and our staff will then respond to you. 
 
3. The next step, after you are notified that you are accepted by our hospital, please seek an invitation letter from us. Then we could send you the invitation letter so that you could get your visa in your country. 
 
4. Leave your country for our hospital. Please fly to Guangzhou, Shanghai or Beijing. When you get to Shanghai, direct flight is available to Huaihua every day. You may fly from Shanghai to Zhijiang airport, which is our local airport and code of the airport is HJJ.

If you fly to Beijing, direct flight is available three times a week, you may fly from Beijing to Huaihua.

If you choose to take flight from Guangzhou, you’ll get to Zhijiang via Changsha. Changsha is our provincial capital and you’ll stop there for a while and then fly to Zhijiang.

There are also some trains running to Huaihua from Peking, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen daily. If you prefer train to Huaihua city, you could fly from your country to one of these cities and then take the direct train to Huaihua. Soft beds or regular beds are always available.
